How long has he been doing this? This can't be the only victim in the US that he has done this to. What is going on in the world that a 13 year old boy was pulled into a hotel room and offered money for sex. Who cares about them smoking pot!!! What was that guy doing as this young boy was rapes and beaten? Kill them all is what I say!!!!!!
