Judge Jones arrested AGAIN
Well this is not the first time Judge Jones has been arrested. He was arrested and charge with domestic violence. The original Judge refused to release him but Judge Mosley called and had him released. As the law states, another Judge can not release a prisoner unless it was a matter of life and death. Judge Mosley broke the law and let family court Judge Jones out of a Henderson jail. This is an abuser on the bench to hear domestic violence cases. Could you imagine being a victim and then going in front of an abuser? What is going on in Clark County?
